GG Pro

GG Pro is the business class instant messaging software. GG Pro provides real-time, unified communications and collaboration for enterprises. Those capabilities include presence information, enterprise instant messaging, telephony capabilities and integration.

GG Pro offers the following functionality:

  • user control and administration
  • policy management

Enterprise edition

GG Pro Enterprise edition is an client-server and middleware platform. This edition is dedicated for advanced deployment, it supports business process integration and is ready to integrate with a wide variety of software.

LIVECHAT Contact Center is an application for online customer service and live help. Chat live and learn more about your customers’ needs and expectations. LIVECHAT Contact Center is offered in both SaaS and Enterprise edition:

SaaS edition

You have the choice of downloading the latest version or beta release of LIVECHAT Contact Center. All users of our software are encouraged to use the most recent release.

Plugins and web panels extend functionality of the application.

Enterprise edition

LIVECHAT Contact Center Enterprise edition is advanced solution. This release has many new features as well as a more modular and scalable architecture.

Integration API Services

The Integration API is a set of services and data structures that can operate on internal methods and data members of the solution (for both products, the LIVECHAT Contact Center and GG Pro). Using the API you will be able to create new add-ons, automate system management tasks and integrate with other proprietary back office software (CRM, call center software, etc).

There are two types of the API in the system:

  • Client side, used to create new add-ons for an agent application.
  • Server side, used to automate account management or integration purposes.
